Todora's upper lake is bigger lake of two Todora's lakes. It is Located in the high secondary circus under the steep northwestern slopes of the peaks Small and Medium Todorka. It is one of the highest lakes in Pirin with its 2,536 meters (fifth place). Due to this fact, it is completely surrounded by the moraines and any shrubs.
